We may earn a commission if you buy through links on this site.
Safety Video is a free explainer site. If you click an affiliate link and buy, we may earn a commission. You do not pay more because of that.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
This site does not sell kits or OSHA 10 cards
Guides are free. Provider names on the OSHA 10 comparison are names, not checkout links. There is no OSHA 10 buy button.
Paid links currently live: forklift classroom training on the forklift guide, and a Master Lock personal lockout kit (Amazon, tag safety-video-20) on the lockout-tagout guide. Completing online forklift training is not an OSHA license and does not replace the employer evaluation under 1910.178. A kit is not a lockout program.
OSHA and the Department of Labor do not endorse this site
Safety Video is not affiliated with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration or the U.S. Department of Labor. OSHA does not approve, accredit, or endorse this website, our articles, or any company we may later link to.
Online OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 outreach training is available from OSHA-authorized providers. Completing that training through an authorized provider is what leads to a DOL outreach card. We will never describe a private company as “the official OSHA course.” We do not use OSHA or DOL logos. A 10-hour or 30-hour card is outreach awareness training, not an OSHA license and not a substitute for employer-required training.
Shopping does not rewrite the standard
Guides start with the work and the standard. If a lockout kit, a rated ladder, or an outreach course is relevant, we say what “decent” looks like in function, not in a shopping list of fake model numbers. Affiliate relationships will not be allowed to invent a requirement that the standard does not impose.
