OSHA 10 · Online providers
Get a valid DOL card online from any of the four authorized providers.

If a gate guard wants the Department of Labor 10-hour card, the class has to come from an OSHA-authorized Outreach provider. For the self-paced version — not a live webinar — that list is short.
OSHA.gov currently names four authorized online Outreach Training providers: 360Training (OSHAcampus), ClickSafety, HSI (Summit Training Source), and University of South Florida.
Those are the names on OSHA’s authorized online providers page. OSHA says it cannot validate training from other vendors.

Save money without losing anything: every authorized provider issues the same DOL card
OSHA does not sell the class and does not pick a favorite school. Finish with an authorized online provider and that provider’s process is what gets you the Department of Labor outreach card. A certificate PDF is not the card.
The card is not a license, not a competent-person credential, and not a substitute for the site-specific training your employer still owes you.
Construction and general industry are different industry procedures. Take the course the host employer requested. See OSHA 10 construction and OSHA 10 general industry.
Train Spanish-speaking workers in their language at all four
360Training, ClickSafety, HSI, and the USF storefront all advertised Spanish OSHA 10 on August 31, 2026. ClickSafety puts English and Spanish in the same 10-hour SKU. HSI sells a separate Spanish SKU at the same $70. USF partner pages mark the courses Disponible en Español.
If Spanish is the language that worker understands, buy the Spanish course.
Plan for at least two days to finish
Outreach rules cap student contact time at 7.5 hours per calendar day, so a 10-hour class cannot finish in one sitting. USF’s partner FAQ states that cap. 360Training says OSHA daily time limits mean you cannot complete the course in a single session.
Anyone promising a DOL card after a two-hour sitting is not following the program.
Expect paced modules, quizzes, and identity checks. NYC voice-authentication SKUs exist at ClickSafety and HSI when a job requires them. They are still the Outreach class, not a faster class.
Avoid paying for a class that cannot issue the DOL card
Comparison articles keep recycling six- and eight-name tables. Some of those names run classroom training, hold an OSHA Alliance, or sell their own 10-hour certificate. OSHAcademy’s own FAQ says it does not issue Department of Labor OSHA cards. If the GC asked for the DOL card, start at OSHA.gov, not a ranked list.
If the name is not on OSHA’s authorized online providers page, it is not an authorized asynchronous Outreach class.
